Armedia is in search of a Junior Project Manager/Business Analyst. This position may be fully remote. The position requires you to collaborate with clients and be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements to ensure the successful completion of projects. Business Analysts will work within software development teams to complete organization goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Proven ability to manage requirements timeline, issues and risks, and the ability to manage tasks, plans and projects.
- Basic understanding of the SDLC and some experience working with teams throughout the life cycle.
- Identify and propose solutions for business needs.
- Experience collecting, analyzing and documenting user stories and requirements from various user groups.
- Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical groups.
- Ability to be customer facing and lead multiple user-focused, functional requirements workshops.
- Ability to provide knowledge transfer and end-user training.
- Experience working with one or more requirements gathering tools such as Contour, CaliberRM, JIRA etc., is a plus
- Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field.
- Master’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field.

- Certified Records Manager (CRM)
Required Years of Relevant Experience:
- Two (2) years of Project Management or Business Analyst experience
- Four (4) years of Project Management or Business Analyst experience
- Previous experience managing projects simultaneously and effectively

- Quality assurance related skills including analytical thinking, problem-solving, test planning and execution
- Customer or User Experience design
